Our In-House InBody 570 Body Composition Scanner goes beyond the scale and measures fat, muscle, and total body water. If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.

All of our members get scanned every month so that they can track their progress accurately. A coach will explain the results to you and let you know what changes will help you achieve your goals. Taking monthly scans allows us to provide you with a comprehensive report to show how our program is changing your body composition to ensure your plan is working the way you want it to.
