Expert FITNESS Coaching, Proven Results

At Sasquatch Strength, our group classes are like having your own personal trainer but in a group setting. We realize that everyone walking through the doors has their own goals and ability levels, so we modify movements as necessary to meet those needs.


Our coaches have years of experience in coaching, personal training, nutrition programs and performance. Most of all, they care about YOU as an individual, and your “why”.

NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM!

Each class is led by a coach and you will be instructed on all the movements as you go. Each day, we spend time with you one-on-one to teach you how to move safely, confidently, and correctly.


Our coaches are always assessing your movement patterns and identifying if you have areas of weakness or imbalance. We address any limitations, give you a plan to work around (and fix) any previous injuries – so you don’t get hurt. This won’t happen all at once but consistently, over time as you attend classes.

Group fitness Class Structure

Every class will be led by our knowledgeable strength & conditioning coaches through a series of stages of fitness and recovery:

Warm Up

A specialized, thorough warm-up to get you loose and get your body ready for the class ahead.

Skill & Strength Training

This might be anything from bodyweight movements like the squat, push up, pull-up to barbell work, rowing, dumbbell exercises or kettlebell swings. When you are new, we will always assist you with easier variations. This way, you are working the skill and still progressing to the next level – eventually, you will be able to do these movements.

The Workout

This might be any combination of gymnastics, running, rowing, riding, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, olympic weightlifting, and more. We mix them all up based on where we are in our program. 

Cool-Down & Mobility/Stretching

Mobility drills and stretching are essential to restore and improve the function of joints, as well as post-workout recovery techniques, which prepare you for your next workout.

There is no better way to stay on track with your health and fitness goals than to be surrounded by people who want the same thing
