This graph shows the effects of GLP-1 medication (Semaglutide) on BMI over time.

During the 68-week treatment phase (left side of the graph), people taking GLP-1 lost a significant amount of weight (blue line).

After stopping the medication (52-week off-treatment phase, right side of the graph),  BMI starts increasing again,  meaning many people regained weight.

Meanwhile, the placebo group (green line) remained relatively unchanged.
